Research on outreach programmes at National Gallery Singapore 2019
The Nation Gallery Singapore engaged the CCD to conduct research studies on two of their community outreach programmes: Gallery Signs (for communities who are hearing impaired) and Dialect Tours (Cantonese and Hokkien). The CCD coordinated and managed a year long staff training programme for staff from ADA centres at Tampines, Toa Payoh and Bendemeer. The training consisted of 3 phases of about 3-4 weeks per phase, where Dr. Hill conducted on-site demonstrations and training for the staff. A total of 11 staff completed the training and are able to conduct their own creative dance sessions for their clients. [...]
