The CCD coordinated and managed a year long staff training programme for staff from Dementia Singapore centres at Tampines, Toa Payoh and Bendemeer, conducted by Dr. Heather Hill with staff from Dementia Singapore 2019.

The training consisted of 3 phases of about 3-4 weeks per phase, where Dr. Hill conducted on-site demonstrations and training for the staff. A total of 11 staff completed the training and are able to conduct their own creative dance sessions for their clients.
