Between 2024-2025, the CCD created training curriculum and workshops for the Access and Community department staff of National Gallery Singapore. The training curriculum and workshops applied the Person-centered Pedagogical Framework, in developing a 5 steps Art Appreciation Framework for the Gallery. Gallery staff were then trained to deliver their art appreciation training programme, titled Art With You, to the staff of nursing homes and senior activity centres, for them to conduct art appreciation sessions at their venues, using the artworks of the Gallery.

The Gallery staff then conducted a full Art With You training programme with the staff and volunteers at All Saints Home (Tampines). Art With You continues to be conducted by staff at this nursing home, as the Gallery looks forward to train other senior care institutions with their programme.
